Limited Edition 1982
Tasting Notes
A light golden wine with good, elegant tertiary aromas, a subtle woodiness with a touch of vanilla and cinnamon, endowed with remarkable aromatic complexity. On the palate it is delicate, consistent with notes of jam and a long finish.
Winemaking Process
Fermented with partial destemming at a controlled temperature (24-28ºC) when the must reaches the desired sweetness, the fermentation is interrupted by the addition of brandy (77%), then aged in oak for a minimum of 7 years, in warehouses in Vila Nova de Gaia until bottling
