Tasting Note

Tawny wine with good aromas of soft wood and some spices. It's delicious in the mouth, you can feel the bouquet of wood and spices. It has a good retronasal touch and a good, long finish.

Winemaking Process

Alcoholic fermentation interrupted by the addition of brandy, batch aged in wood for approximately 10 years until bottling.
