Tasting Note
Complex aroma with notes of raisins and dried fruits. Very balanced wine with good acidity and sweetness, with silky tannins and a long and persistent finish.
Winemaking Process
Wine fermented with partial destemming at a controlled temperature (24-28ºC) when the must reaches the desired sweetness value, fermentation is interrupted by the addition of brandy (77%), subsequently aging in oak wood for a minimum period of 7 years, in warehouses in Vila Nova de Gaia until being bottled.
