Tasting Notes

Golden red wine. On the nose, aromas of dried figs, spices and hints of vanilla stand out, and an evolved bouquet begins to emerge. The palate is sweet and delicate, with soft, rounded tannins. Long and persistent finish.

Vinification Process

Alcoholic fermentation interrupted by the addition of brandy, aged for around 7 years in wood until bottling.
