A young, aromatic wine with notes of red fruit and a pleasant finish.
Vinification Process
This wine is fermented with partial destemming at a controlled temperature (24-28ºC). When the must reaches the desired sweetness, fermentation is interrupted by the addition of brandy (77%), after which it is aged in oak until bottling.
