Limited Edition 1968
Tasting Notes
A light golden wine with hints of green, it has a complex and intense aromatic evolution where the spices stand out, with nutmeg predominating. Orange peel and toasted almonds are also present, together with an elegant and subtle wood. The palate is full-bodied and complex and confirms all its elegance and subtlety with an excellent finish.
Winemaking Process
Fermented with partial destemming at a controlled temperature (24-28ºC) when the must reaches the desired sweetness, the fermentation is interrupted by the addition of brandy (77%), then aged in oak for a minimum of 7 years in warehouses in Vila Nova de Gaia until bottling.
