Tasting Note

Very sweet golden white wine (tears) with a strong floral aroma of roses. The wood is discreet and subtle.

Winemaking Process

Wine obtained from skin maceration, fermented at a controlled temperature (18-20ºC), when the must reaches the desired sweetness value, fermentation is interrupted by the addition of brandy (77%).
