A sweet, golden red wine with aromas of red fruit jam, well matched with vanilla wood.
Vinification process
This wine is fermented with partial destemming at a controlled temperature (24-28ºC). When the must reaches the desired sweetness, fermentation is interrupted by the addition of brandy (77%) and it is then aged in oak until bottling.
