Tasting Notes

This wine has an intense, personalized nose with notes of flint and beeswax, backed by a background of pottery. The palate is tense, with a mineral character. Fresh with a very pleasant lemony finish.

Vinification Process

Gentle pressing of the grapes and fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats followed by ageing in wooden barrels.
