Tasting Notes
The nose reveals a fruity character surrounded by nuances of wood and its hint. The intense, ripe black fruits are the dominant note and carry over into the palate, resulting in a highly structured blend with a long, attractive finish.
Vinification Process
Total destemming. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature; prolonged maceration. Partial ageing in French oak.
