Tasting Notes

Bright, pale yellow color. Intense nose, revealing white and yellow fruits reminiscent of mango and apricot and hints of fresh grass. Very light and fresh on the palate.

Vinification Process

Total destemming of the grapes followed by gentle pressing. Fermentation at controlled temperature.
