Aroma with great complexity, where the wood is very present allied to an elegant vinagrinho. On the palate it is powerful, sweet, with an elegant acidity combined with the vinagrinho, ending with an endless aftertaste.
Vinification Process
Fermented with partial destemming at a controlled temperature (24-28ºC), when the must reaches the desired sweetness, the fermentation is interrupted by the addition of brandy (77%). The wine is then aged in oak for a minimum of 7 years in warehouses in Vila Nova de Gaia until it is bottled.
