Tasting Notes
A light golden wine with complex and very fine tertiary aromas, with notes of dried fruit and spices, giving us an elegant, harmonious and noble bouquet. On the palate it is powerful with harmonious aftertaste aromas, giving us a long finish.
Winemaking Process
Fermented with partial destemming at a controlled temperature (24-28ºC) when the must reaches the desired sweetness, the fermentation is interrupted by the addition of brandy (77%), then aged in oak for a minimum of 7 years in warehouses in Vila Nova de Gaia until bottling.
