Messias Millésimé

Sparkling wine with a light citrus color, with hints of purple, inducing grayish chromatic sensations, resulting from the red grape variety Baga, which together with Bical and Chardonnay complete the blend.

Tasting Notes

The aroma is young, with fresh notes of lemon-like citrus fruits, surrounded by delicate nuances of bread dough and toast. On the palate it is very smooth with a silky foam.

Winemaking Process

Careful selection of Baga grapes. Gentle and careful pressing of the grapes and separation of the best fractions of tear must. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. Second fermentation in bottle according to the traditional method.
