Messias Rosé Brut

Sparkling wine with a light pink color. On the nose it's a very young wine, with hints of fresh red fruit like strawberries and raspberries.

Tasting Notes

On the palate it is delicate and light with very balanced acidity, conveying lightness and a gastronomic flair.

Winemaking Process

Careful selection of Baga grapes. Gentle and careful pressing of the grapes and separation of the best fractions of tear must. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. Second fermentation in bottle according to the traditional method.
