Winemaking Process

Careful selection of grapes produced at Quinta do Valdoeiro. Total destemming. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. Second fermentation in bottle according to the traditional method. Prolonged “sur lees” ageing to achieve greater complexity and excellence.
