Tasting Note
The aroma is rich in ripe fruits, with a touch of spices and notes of vanilla. In the mouth it is fresh, balanced, with a good presence of silky tannins. Long and refreshing finish.
Winemaking Process
Wine fermented with partial destemming at a controlled temperature (24-28ºC) when the must reaches the desired sweetness value, fermentation is interrupted by the addition of brandy (77%), subsequently aging in oak wood for a minimum period of 7 years, in warehouses in Vila Nova de Gaia until being bottled.
