Tasting Notes

Aromas of black and blue fruits such as blackberries, cassis and blueberries. Complex aromas of ground pepper, roasting and varnish are also present. In the mouth it is intense and velvety, with powerful but integrated tannins, muscular and with flavors of red fruits and spices, with perceptible vanilla, resulting in a very elegant and interestingly complex blend. Very long finish.

Vinification Process

Classic and prolonged maceration. Malolactic fermentation and ageing for 12 months in French oak.
