Tasting Note
On the nose, the aromas of forest fruits stand out, combined with some spices and hints of vanilla, beginning to emerge an evolved bouquet. In the mouth it is sweet and delicate, with soft and rounded tannins. Long and persistent finish.
Winemaking Process
Wine fermented with partial destemming at a controlled temperature (24-28ºC) when the must reaches the desired sweetness value, fermentation is interrupted by the addition of brandy (77%), subsequently aging in oak wood for a minimum period of 7 years, in warehouses in Vila Nova de Gaia until being bottled.
