Tasting Notes

This is a light ruby Port wine with an attractive pinkish color, the result of limited contact with the skins of the traditional Douro grape varieties during vinification. This innovative port is lighter, reductive and very fruity. Serve chilled, it's delicious as a dessert.

Winemaking process

Crushing and gentle pressing of the grapes. Must fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel vats. When the must reaches the desired degree of sweetness, wine spirit (77%) is added so that alcoholic fermentation stops with the presence of residual sugars.
